This year’s theme “RENEW” challenges you to take your relationship with God to new heights. We’ve packed the days with incredible worship sessions, real talks that actually matter to your life, and adventure activities that will push your limits.
No boring lectures here—just authentic connections with other youth who get what you’re going through. Whether you’re just checking out what faith is all about or you’ve been on this journey for years, this retreat is your chance to disconnect from the daily grind and experience something real.

Our retreat is carefully designed to balance spiritual growth, community building, and personal rest. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Spirit -Filled Worship
Experience the presence of God through powerful worship that ranges from acoustic campfire sessions to full evening worship nights. Start your day with optional sunrise worship and prayer, and end with spirit-led evening sessions where you can encounter God in deeper ways. Our worship times create space for both joyful celebration and quiet reflection, with opportunities to express your faith through music, prayer, and creative response.
Sermon
Our retreat speakers will unpack the powerful theme of “Renew” through interactive sessions, small group discussions, and hands-on activities. You’ll explore what it means to release what’s holding you back, embrace your identity in Christ, and carry this renewal into your daily life. From morning devotionals at sunrise to evening campfire reflections, each message builds upon the last to create a transformative journey.

Where is the retreat being held?
The 2025 Church Retreat will be held at “Liebenzell Retreat MInistries, 13 Health Lane, Schooley’s Mountain, NJ – 07870″. The venue features: comfortable accommodations, spacious meeting rooms, beautiful natural surroundings, recreational facilities, etc.
How much does the YOUTH retreat cost?
The retreat cost is based on your location: “$311 per person” for those coming from New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, and “$163 per person” for those coming from other states. All costs are all-inclusive, covering your lodging and all meals during the retreat.
What should I bring?
Bring clothes you can move in (including some that can get dirty), closed-toe shoes for activities, a swim suit, toiletries, a water bottle, a flashlight, bug spray, sunscreen, and any medications you need. Don’t forget your phone charger! We’ll send a detailed packing list closer to the event.
I'm not sure about this faith stuff. Can I still come?
100% yes! This retreat is for everyone, whether you’ve been in church your whole life or this is your first time checking it out. Come with an open mind, ask your questions, and decide for yourself. No pressure, no judgment—just real experiences.
What about my dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you covered! Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free—we can handle it all. Just let us know your needs when you register, and we’ll make sure you don’t go hungry.
What are the age requirements?
This retreat is designed for students in 12+. We divide into age-appropriate small groups so everyone feels comfortable.
What does the ADULT Retreat include?
The Adult Retreat is a 2-day spiritual experience that includes 5 meals and accommodations. It’s designed to provide a refreshing time of fellowship, worship, and spiritual growth away from daily distractions.
Is there a registration deadline?
While we accept registrations until capacity is reached, we strongly encourage early registration.
Will prices be increasing?
Yes. Secure your spot today! For Youth Retreat registrations, prices will increase after June 1st as follows:
– New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania residents: Price increases from $311 to $330
– All other states: Price increases from $163 to $180
How do I know my registration is confirmed?
After filling out the form and completing your payment, your registration will be confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the details about the retreat.
